Preparation for continuing your education is an important step, and must be thoroughly researched in order to make informed decisions about your education path and how it will lead you to your chosen career.  This is not always an easy task, but planning is necessary to reach your goals. Some of us are lucky and we know where we are headed. For most of us, we struggle to determine what we are suited for and what we enjoy and how we can carry this into a career for ourselves.  

In order to be successful in your post secondary education studies, it is important that students spend some   time determining/examining their career paths and how they will achieve their goal through education.   

 Please complete the following questions and submit this form with your application for assistance.  

 1.  What interest tests/assessments Have you done to help identify careers in your interest area?  (For example, have you used  software such as, Choices, Career Cruising, Career Explorer?  Please list.

3.  How did you come up with this education plan, what research did you do? (example – did Career Cruising, then  looked at various schools that offer program and talked to the high school guidance counsellor and/or the post secondary academic advisors about these programs; visited schools etc).
