April Education Allowance will be deposited on April 1st, 2017
 
Friday, March 10th, 2017 is the Winter Semester Contact Deadline.
If you do not contact your Post Secondary Funding Advisor for the semester contact then your April Funds will be placed on Hold
 
REGULAR OFFICE HOURS: Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
OFFICE IS CLOSED FRIDAY, APRIL 14th AND MONDAY, APRIL 17th, 2017
SUMMER HOURS:  8AM - 4PM EFFECTIVE JUNE 1st TO AUGUST 31st, 2017

Please do not wait until the DEADLINE to apply.  APPLY EARLY and ON LINE!!!!

OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS ARE DUE AUGUST 1st, 2017
An Official transcript is a document you must request from the Registrar’s office or through your school’s Student Services.  It bears a seal of authenticity. If you request one to be sent via email or fax, it must be sent directly to our office from the school.  Original transcripts are required; not copies.  Transcript requests may take 2 to 3 weeks to be processed by your institution.
 
 Extended Hours:  FUNDING APPLICATION NIGHTS

The Grand River Post Secondary Education Office will have extended office hours to assist students with completing the application forms for Fall/Winter 2017. Students who may need help with the process are welcome to attend the evenings of:  WEDNESDAY, APRIL 27th, 2017 OR THURSDAY, APRIL 28th 2017 FROM 4:30-6:30 PM AT THE GRPSEO.

 Reminders: Community Service Hours completed forms are due August 1, 2017 for Fall 2016 &

Students can contact their Post Secondary Funding Advisors to receive confirmation if their chosen location for Community Hours will be acceptable.

- A reminder to apply for the GRPSEO Board & Staff Scholarship before August 1st, 2017 and the Capital  Power Scholarship at:  http://www.grpseo.org/scholarships-and-bursaries     
- Graduate Recognition:   If you will be graduating this year please contact your Funding Advisor for details on how you can participate in the Graduate Publication Promotion.
