Grand River Post Secondary Board & Staff Scholarship
Deadline July 1 annually,  See schedule below

Each week the staff at the GRPSEO Dress Down and contribute a loonie  toward GRPSEO Scholarships.  These funds are combined with proceeds from the Annual Norm's Golf for Grads tournament.  The amount of the scholarships depends on the proceeds from both fundraisers.    

Schedule for Scholarships:

  • 2008 Health Professions; Health Sciences & Related

  • 2009 Social Sciences & Services; Humanities & Related

  • 2010 Arts;  Education; fine & applied Arts

  • 2011 Clerical; Business & Commerce; Law

  • 2012 Agriculture & Biological Sciences; Natural Sciences & Primary Industries

  • 2013 Engineering & Applied Sciences; Mathematics & Physical Sciences

Criteria: 

  • Must be a Six Nations member. 

  • Applicants can be in any year of study.   

  • Must be registered as a full time post secondary  student.  

  • It is not necessary for the applicant to be receiving assistance through the GRPSEO.  

  • An official transcript and proof of membership must be submitted to the GRPSEO by July 1 along with a brief note stating that you wish to be considered for the scholarship. 

  • Students with the highest average at each level will be awarded a scholarship.   

The winners of this scholarship will be awarded at the  Student Recognition event, August.
