Friday, March 19, 2010 is the Winter Semester Contact Deadline 
If you did not contact your Education Counsellor for the semester contact then your April Funds have been placed on Hold.
 

REGULAR OFFICE HOURS  Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.  OFFICE CLOSED - Friday, April 2nd & Monday April 5th, 2010 OPEN - Tuesday, April 6th, 2010 Summer Hours 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Effective June 1 to August 31, 2010

  The Deadline for Fall/Winter Applications is May 17, 2010 

Fall/Winter Grade Reports Due May 17, 2010 

Official Transcripts are due July 1, 2010

A MESSAGE FROM YOUR COUNSELLORS 

When student documents arrives here at the office by regular mail, fax, email or courier, they must first pass through Reception where a mail log is updated.  Reception then forwards to Records for logging to the database.  Records then forwards all documents to the Education Counsellor for review and follow up.  Depending on the volume of mail each day, it may take 2-5 days before your Education Counsellor can process the documentation you have submitted. 

Tutorial Assistance is available to full time students.  The amount a student is eligible to access for tutoring is $ 150.00.  Contact your Education Counsellor for details.

Returning students:  

Your Required Document Checklists may be sent to you via email from your Education Counsellor

Grand River Post Secondary Quick Reference Application Calendar 2010

July 1	Official Transcript due from all students with any assistance following the previous July. For fall applicants, funds will be decommitted if the transcript is not received.
Sept 17	Application deadline for Winter semester  Apply on-line! Summer Marks/Progress reports due for all continuing students. Levels 3 & 4 provide Letter of Good Academic Standing. Fall Course registration/timetable and detailed tuition fees due.
Jan 17	Application deadline for Summer semester  Apply on-line! Fall Marks/Progress reports due for all continuing students. Levels 3 & 4 provide Letter of Good Academic Standing. Winter course registration/timetable and detailed tuition fees due.
May 17	Application deadline for Fall or Fall/Winter semester(s)  Apply on-line! Winter Marks/Progress reports due for all continuing students. Levels 3 & 4 provide Letter of Good Academic Standing. Summer course registration/timetable and detailed tuition fees due.

Be sure to complete your required contacts with your Education Counsellor.

NOTE:
1. Errors and omissions will result in delayed processing of an application.
2. Failure to submit Marks/Progress reports by the deadline will result in suspension of assistance payments.
3. Failure to submit required documentation will result in decommitment of student budget at specified dates.
