Remember to opt out of your health/dental insurance plans AND any Optional Supplementary/ Ancillary fees by your school’s deadline date if opt out is available to you. You may choose to keep your school’s plans, however these fees are not covered by GRPSEO.
If you THINK you want to revise your course schedule please contact your Funding Advisor before any changes are made.
If you have not already submitted your Fall registration/timetables and detailed tuition fees please provide by October 1, 2020.
Students who received assistance for the summer term, the grade reports are due October 1, 2020.
For full time students approved for the education allowance, the deposit will occur no later than the 1st of each month provided all requirements are met.
Reminder: Community Service Activity (required from all first time funded students) in the Fall/Winter 2020 year and for those who were first time funded in the Fall/Winter 2019 year but did not complete it due to Covid-19) – 10 hours of volunteering are to be completed on Six Nations or with a First Nations organization/service provider and completed form to be submitted any time prior to August 1, 2021!!!!! Do NOT wait until the last minute to try and complete these required hours. There are a lot of events and activities happening in the community all year round.
PLEASE NOTE: When a document arrives by fax, mail or is dropped off it can take 2 to 5 days before the document is received by your Advisor. This may impact the timing of the release of your funds.

If you are recruited by your post secondary institution or any other entity to participate in an online survey, make sure you know what you’re getting into before doing so. Before you participate, find out what type of information is being asked of you and how the information you provide will be shared within your institution or with other entities. If participating, be sure you clearly understand how they will handle your personal information to protect your privacy and your identity.
