GRPSEO UPDATE SPRING 2022

The Grand River Post Secondary Education Office continues to be closed to the public.  Students can reach their  Funding Advisor by EMAIL ONLY.  For contact information, go to the GRPSEO website at www.grpseo.org 

April Education Allowance will be deposited on April 1st, 2022  

March 4th, 2022 is the Winter Semester Contact Deadline. 
If you have not contacted your Post Secondary Funding Advisor for the semester contact then your April Funds are placed on Hold

OFFICE IS CLOSED GOOD FRIDAY APRIL 15TH  AND EASTER MONDAY APRIL 18TH, 2022
SUMMER HOURS:  8AM - 4PM EFFECTIVE JUNE 1st TO AUGUST 31st, 2022

 THE DEADLINE FOR FALL/WINTER 2022 APPLICATIONS IS MAY 1st, 2022
Please do not wait until the DEADLINE to apply.  APPLY EARLY and ON LINE!!!!  
Important—Late Applications CANNOT be submitted after the deadline!
WINTER GRADE REPORTS ARE DUE MAY 1st, 2022

 OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS ARE DUE AUGUST 1st, 2022
An Official transcript is a document you must request from the Registrar’s Office or through your school’s Student Services.  It bears a seal of authenticity. You can request one to be sent via mail, email or fax and it must be sent directly to our office from the school.  Original transcripts are required - not copies.  Transcript requests may take 2 to 3 weeks to be processed by your institution.
NOTE: If you fail to submit the Official transcript by the August 1st deadline, your approved fall/winter 2022 funding application will be cancelled.

Effective November 16, 2021, the Community Service Hours Policy has been eliminated and is no longer a requirement for funding eligibility. 
However, in keeping with our heritage, GRPSEO encourages all students to follow the Haudenosaunee values of respect and caring of others by choosing to be a Community Service Volunteer.

GRPSEO has contracted Six Nation Polytechnic to conduct research input into a "Post-Secondary Education (PSE) Model for Six Nations of the Grand River.” This means connecting with as many PSE learners (past or present) as possible. Lend your voice! Take 20 minutes to complete our online survey and receive a $25 gift card. The survey link can be found in the GRPSEO website:

Did you know there’s a pop up study hall for local post secondary students at the Gathering Place? It’s great for watching class recordings, submitting work and doing research! Come and check it out! Reminder to bring your headphones and valid student card. It’s open 9am - 8pm!!!

Dates: February 22- 25, February 28 – March 4, March 14-18, April 13-14, April 18-22, and April 22-29
Time: 9:00 am – 8:00 pm
Each day you attend, you can enter to win an Apple Ipad.

Students must show valid Student card for entry.

  • Your Required Documentation Check Lists will be sent to you via email.  When you apply on line be sure your email address is up to date.
