March 3, 2023 is the Winter Semester Contact Deadline.
If you have not contacted your Post Secondary Funding Advisor for the semester contact then our April Funds are placed on Hold

OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS ARE DUE AUGUST 1st, 2023
An Official Transcript is a document you must order from the Registrar’s Office or through your school’s Student Services. Please request the transcript to be sent by email directly to your Funding Advisor. If you order a hard copy transcript to be sent by mail or land delivery service to GRPSEO, it will still be accepted however it will be saved electronically; the hard copy will no longer be kept. Transcript requests may take 2 to 3 weeks to be processed by your institution.
NOTE: If you fail to submit the Official transcript by the August 1st deadline, your approved fall/winter 2023 funding application will be cancelled.

- Students to check your institution’s financial aid office webpage FAQs on other sources of funding which includes OSAP.
- Your Required Documentation Check Lists will be sent to you via email. When you apply online be sure your email address is up to date.
- Graduate Recognition: If you will be graduating this year please contact your Funding Advisor for details on how you can participate in the Graduate Publication Promotion.
