FALL SEMESTER CONTACT DEADLINE IS Friday, November 12th, 2021

If contact is not made: Your December funds will be placed ON HOLD!
If you have spoken to your Funding Advisor regarding general things, such as checking to see if your documents were received, or funds deposited, these are NOT considered to be the Fall Semester Contact. Your Advisor will send you a letter noting the specifics to be covered in the contact. ***

Remember to opt out of your health/dental insurance plans AND any Optional Supplementary/ Ancillary fees by your school’s deadline date if opt out is available to you. You may choose to keep your school’s plans, however these fees are NOT covered by GRPSEO.

If you THINK you want to revise your course schedule please contact your Funding Advisor before any changes are made.

If you have not already submitted your Fall registration/timetables and detailed tuition fees please provide by October 1, 2021.
 
Students who received assistance for the summer term, the grade reports are due October 1, 2021.

For full time students approved for the education allowance, the deposit will occur no later than the 1st of each month provided all requirements are met.
 
Reminder: Community Service Activity (required from all first time funded students) has been deferred for 2021.
 
PLEASE NOTE: When a document arrives by fax, mail or is dropped off it can take 2 to 5 days before the document is received by your Advisor. This may impact the timing of the release of your funds.

If you are recruited by your post secondary institution or any other entity to participate in an online survey, make sure you know what you’re getting into before doing so.
Before you participate, find out what type of information is being asked of you and how the information you provide will be shared within your institution or with other entities. 
If participating, be sure you clearly understand how they will handle your personal information to protect your privacy and your identity.
